1. Corporate Identity & Faciliation

This website is owned and operated by RightBus Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the provisions of the (Indian) Companies Act, 2013. RightBus operates an operator-first technology architecture connecting passengers with independent, licensed third-party transport operators.

• RightBus acts strictly as a software aggregator and technological facilitator.
• We do not own, manage, operate, or maintain any passenger transport vehicles or fleet assets.
• The absolute contract of transport exists directly and exclusively between the passenger and the respective transport operator.
• Operator-specific guidelines, onboard conduct restrictions, and separate transit policies may apply to each journey.

2. User Account and Registration

• Users may be required to register a profile to finalize transit reservations and access advanced platform utilities.
• You are legally required to provide accurate, completely authentic, and updated tracking information.
• Account profile owners retain total liability for protecting credentials and managing account operations.
• Users must be at least 18 years of age or possess valid guardian legal consent to authorize bookings.

3. Booking and Payment Policies

• All ticket pricing vectors and dynamic fare scales are controlled directly by the bus operators.
• Applicable platform convenience fees may be assessed by RightBus and are clearly presented prior to gateway execution.
• Financial transactions are handled securely through third-party encrypted payment gateway providers.
• Bookings are explicitly confirmed only upon successful transaction settlement and live PNR generation.
• Confirmations are instantly dispatched via SMS, WhatsApp, or Electronic Mail interfaces.

4. Limitation of Liability

Because RightBus does not maintain direct vehicular operation, the platform assumes no liability for:

• Bus delays, sudden trip cancellations, logistical rerouting, or general schedule variations.
• Onboard service quality variations or the professional conduct of coach operators' staff.
• Sudden mechanical breakdowns, structural failures, accidents, or third-party logistical delays.
• Loss, damage, misplacement, or theft of passenger personal luggage or items.
• Discrepancies in seat configurations, functional onboard layouts, or expected vehicle amenities.

5. Cancellation, Modifications and Refunds

• Cancellation parameters and window bounds vary heavily based on operator configurations.
• Deduction coefficients are transparently displayed to users prior to canceling a record.
• Cancellations must be processed directly using the interactive RightBus software platform.
• Valid refunds are credited back entirely onto the original payment pathway or account source.
• Refund settlements typically take 5–7 standard business days, matching standard institutional protocols.
• Platform convenience fees remain fundamentally non-refundable.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Users are strictly barred from generating fraudulent, speculative, or bad-faith inventory bookings.
• Reverse engineering, automated web scraping, data mining, or programmatic interface manipulation is prohibited.
• Interfering with systemic security frameworks, production APIs, or connected server networks is penalized.
• Deploying defamatory, harmful, unlawful, or structurally malicious content into platform forums is restricted.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All core code infrastructure, native databases, user interface designs, dynamic graphics, operational workflows, text layouts, and brand logos remain the exclusive asset structure of RightBus Technologies Private Limited or its valid licensors.

8. Changes to Terms

RightBus preserves the right to modify these overarching Terms and Conditions at any chosen interval. Continued use of platform assets subsequent to amendments implies complete acceptance of updated guidelines.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed explicitly by the laws of the Republic of India. Any emerging contractual legal disputes or actions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdictional boundaries of courts in Udupi, Karnataka.
